The Essentials Brand & Website Redesign gives you a complete, polished brand and website—built on a proven template foundation and customized to reflect your expertise and style.
The experience is timely and founded on an innovative, collaborative branding experience that includes a live Brand Workshop call where we make edits in real time. The website portion is your choice of one of the Squarespace templates in the Rebrand with RuthAnn shop, I input everything and it’s customized to fit your business beautifully.

Choose from one of the beautifully designed templates in my shop, and I'll customize it with your content, colors, and branding so you get a polished site without starting from scratch.
Copywriting Guide
A fill-in-the-blank guide that makes writing your website copy simple and strategic. (Optional: Add a copy audit from my trusted copywriter for $500.)
Photo-sourcing
I'll source high-resolution, royalty-free images that align with your brand and industry. (You provide headshots or personal brand photos.)
Squarespace Training
Accompanied with launch you receive a video walk-through about the basics of how to use your new site. You can also book a website support call at any time after launch.

This is where the magic happens. Instead of email back-and-forth, we’ll meet live for 2 1-hour calls—one to refine your brand, one to finalize your website. I’ll make adjustments in real time so no waiting necessary!

The Timeline

Inquiry + Onboarding
Fill out the inquiry form and we’ll hop on a Discovery Call to make sure we’re a great fit. A signed contract and initial payment secure your spot. Once you're booked, you'll get instant access to the Brand Intake form.

Brand Design + Workshop Call #1
You’ll receive a full brand presentation a few days prior to our Workshop call and you’ll have time to review the designs. In our Workshop call we’ll discuss all aspects and make real-time adjustments. You’ll leave the call with finalized designs and we’ll move on to phase 2 - the website!

Workshop Call #2
Like before, you’ll receive a presentation of the website before our Workshop call so you can review everything. In our Workshop call we’ll go over every page of the site and make sure everything is ready to go. Then, we’ll get ready for launch!

Brand Strategy
You'll complete the Brand Intake on your own time (this is your homework before we officially start). I'll use your answers to build the strategic foundation for your brand. Once it’s completed, you’ll schedule our Brand Workshop call #1.

Template Selection + Website Customization
You'll choose the template you love most from my template shop and I'll customize it with your branding, content, and imagery, making it your own and bringing all the aspects of your branding to life!
6.
Launch! And Optional Ongoing Support
Exclusive to my clients, you’ll receive an invitation for month-to-month design support for marketing materials or additional desired brand assets such as social media graphics, print items, opt-in design, templates, podcast cover, etc. No commitment required.

The Essentials takes 4-6 weeks from start to finish. Upon onboarding, you'll need to complete your Brand Intake Form, then you'll schedule our Brand Workshop call, then after the brand is complete, we'll move onto the site, and once it's complete you'll be ready to launch!

The Essentials is streamlined and template-based—perfect if you want a polished, professional brand and website quickly and efficiently. The Signature has more robust brand elements, the site is fully custom with more pages, and marketing collateral for promotion. Both are strategic and high-quality; the difference is scope and customization level.

After launch, you'll have access to the Squarespace training library to manage your site independently. If you need ongoing design support, you can purchase additional support calls or upgrade to monthly design support (available to my clients).

Absolutely! You're responsible for providing headshots, and if you have personal brand photos you'd like to use, we'll incorporate those. I'll supplement with high-quality stock images where needed to complete the design.

I provide a strategic copywriting guide that makes writing your copy simple and clear. If you'd prefer professional copywriting, you can add a copy audit from my trusted copywriter for $500, or hire her to write your full site copy.

We can add additional pages for an additional fee. During our initial call, we'll discuss your needs and make sure the template and scope work for your business.

If you need customization beyond the template design, we can absolutely do that at an additional charge. Just let me know what you're envisioning and we'll make it work!

The logo is included in this package, but if you love your current logo, I'm happy to review it before you sign on and give you my honest assessment of whether it works or needs updating.
